Phnom Penh: Cham Kamon district police on Tuesday gathered at least 13 prostitutes, vagrants from public place at around 11:30 pm in Phnom Penh. The gathering was made when those women were calling customers. The previous arrestees were educated or sent to the department of social affairs, but some of them later came back to do the same business.
